Lessons learned, tips to live by (take it or leave it)
Over the past couple years, I have expeirenced a lot of life changes. I got married, gained more responsibliy at work, learned more job skills, and took on a larger project load.
As you can imagine, this also brought on new stresses and challenges. I would find myself (and still find myself) getting frustrated, feeling overworked and tired, crying over the dumbest things, and simply just not feeling satisfied. Part of my frustrations stem from the fact that I work in a creative feild where I have to seperate my opinions from clients' needs and wants while making sure they are still receiving a reliable product. Other frustrations come from communication issues, process break-downs, taking comments as sleights on my personal character, and allowing my my work-life to bleed into my personal life.
I imagine that I am not the only person on the planet that has ever experienced any of these issues, therefore, I am starting a small/brief series on how I cope (or have tried to cope) with some of these issues.
My goal is to help those who are open to my advise. If you don't like my comments, don't read them. If they don't help you, I'm sorry.
