Sweet Yogurt

Sweet Yogurt for Breakfast or a Snack

This is really easy:

In a fancy bowl...

  • One serving (it is in the nutritional facts of the container) of Fat Free PLAIN Yorgut {Not Vanilla, it has extra Sugar}
  • Half an apple cut into cubes (I like Gala.)
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon for the top.

So easy, so fast - This is almost as tasty as one of those Yoplait Apple Pie yogurt cups but so much healthier and more filling. Only 120 calories!
